New Start serves distressed communities throughout the DFW area and beyond. Here's how we do it.



The Good Samaritan Program serves over 4,805 individuals and families per week by providing temporary emergency assistance, guidance, and support for basic needs including food, shelter, and clothing.

Pathfinders serves individuals and families who struggle with hardships of poverty, drug abuse, and unemployment by providing Christian counseling in life skills, marriage and family development, behavior and anger management. This program is specifically designed to target the each client's specific need. Once counseling is complete clients receive continued education, job placement assistance, and other resources needed to assist in the client becoming productive citizens again.


Youth A Blaze is a community service and leadership training program for at-risk youth of all ages.
